Rainy Sunday

V.excited!! Got my birthday present early. A digital camera...HUZZAH!! M bought it for me yesterday and I naturally had to begin snapping everything...well almost everything. It's awesome! On the way home from the shop yesterday (having sworn that I would spend no more money except for the movies that night) I was ensnared by a garage sale. And what a garage sale it was! I spent $50 of my phone bill money (that just happened to be in my purse) on two chairs...

I feel so decadent that I can plug my camera into my laptop and transfer pictures across! My camera is a Kodak CX4230 and it has a 3x optical zoom. I loooove it. This is what it looks like:

I am at Collingwood until Thursday and today I haven't left the house! It's absolutely pouring.

There is little to eat here, but it's too wet to go out. I've taken on the bread machine for the second time ever (the only other time I used it, the loaf was multi-faceted - it doubled as a weapon and a doorstop). Ooh. It's ready! Look at my weapon bread!

Saw Punch Drunk Love last night with Rie, but I think our dinner may have eclipsed the top hidden object games film, which was really not at all what we expected. What is the natural vitamins for dogs world coming to when you go to an Adam Sandler movie and it actually has some depth!? Huh? Odd. Claire sat in our row - which was even more bizarre! (Sorry we didn't stick around! We filtered out before the credits had run all the way through!)
