I read that recipe and it sang to me, but I got all scared about that special spicy thing and where to get it - and preserved lemons! You’ve inspired me to write it down and go hunting. Yet ANOTHER reason for that slow cooker! You are a domestic goddess - and I stil pine for the flourless orange cake. Pine. Pine.

NO BETH - I didn’t, but maybe by tonight I might!
Last night, being the domestic goddess that I am (not), I served up AMAZING Moroccan Chicken - from this month’s Delicious (to a suprised ‘I’ and elated ‘C’). Organic chook, preserved lemon, Ras el hanout, chickpeas and tomato all stewed up for ages and served with coriander and green olives on cous cous. OMG. The leftovers of which will be eaten tonight with one fabulous apple pie for dessert!
Am on my way to Byron to purchase jars to preserve (some of) the lemons on our tree. Yes, I know - impressive.
