Just took possession this morning! Runs like a dream - some minor ignition issues - need new cables I think. Also some minor electricals - rear left blinker needs a jiggle to make the connection. A little surface rust in the boot and on the floor. Needs new carpets also - rain damage. A couple of minor rust spots on the sills. Otherwise bloody perfect. Does yours have seat belts? Mine doesn’t - front or back. Will need to fit those I think. But otherwise - absolutely a dream. I am totally rapt.

That is truly cool! I had to have seatbelts fitted in my old one, but my current one had them already. I need new carpet too - it’s a common problem - particularly if the windscreen rubber is perished. Oooh - it’s so exciting!! You have a cruising machine!

The seatbelts easy to fit? And where did you get the carpets? I am getting some new windscreen, door and boot rubber as my first step in making it a little tidy. Thanks for your help!
