A fucking cockroach ate my cake. So now I don’t need to try and figure out how to eat what’s left. Bastard. It was the size of a small dog. And M put it in the bin with the rest of my cake which pissed me off completely, as the cockroach has now gone from just having it’s way with my cake to it’s own version of heaven. Pah. (And if there are any parents/relatives of mine reading this, just edit out that second word at the start of my rant. I needed to use it.)

Tell that to the cockroach I was fairly sure was attempting to take our fridge out of the kitchen the other day. I wasn’t going to argue when he waved a three inch antennae at me in mockery of my efforts to terminate him.

This one could have easily stolen the fridge, but unfortunately for him, he was actually IN IT. He got into the cake container when I’d put it out on the bench and he’d been put away with the cake - probably the pinnacle of his original master plan. I’d never seen a cockroach until I went north of the Victorian border. Sometimes ignorance is bliss.

Me either! I had no idea until I went north also. Ants. Now ants I can deal with. Even armies of Melbourne ants. But cockroaches are evil little bastards.
